As the weather gets colder I love to wear a brown smokey, perfect for A/W these orangry red browns look amazing against green eyes. When its comes to eyeshadow types, I tend to go for creams whether in pot or stick form as their convenient, long lasting and the pigmentation is spot on.
My Favourite and sadly discontinued shade is Benefit's Creaseless cream eyeshadow/liner in Busy Signal, the one that started it all. This is the perfect brown - orangey, golden, and long lasting. This has seen better days, its now started to dry out in the pot, in fact its come completely loose but I'm determined to use every last scarp as I can't bare to throw it away. The closest dupe I've found for Busy Signal is Rimmel's Scandaleyes in Bad To The Bronze just without the lasting power but with a primer underneath it manages to stick around. I highly rate the Rimmel pencils, for the price they cant be beat. Another one brought as a dupe is Clinique's Chubby Stick Shadow Tint in Fuller Fudge although this is slightly less orange toned and a tad bit cooler on the eyes its virtually undetectable. I love that there is no sharpening required with these, no product is getting wasting. All you have to do is twist it up and your good to go.

The longest lasting and darkest of the bunch is Pixi's Lid Last Shadow Pen in Bronze Brilliance, this stuff does not budge. After swatching this and finding it difficult to remove I knew it was a wining formula. When I wear this I don't have worry about touch ups as I know it isn't going anywhere on my oily lids. Now this last one is an eyeliner but it just means Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal in Bronze is all the better at lining the lower lash line and adding some definition and making the eyes pop. A tad orangey-er than all the others and it doesn't stick around as long as Bad To The Bronze but its perfect to keep on the go for touch ups.

After reading this post over at sleepandwater the KIKO's Long Lasting Stick Eyeshadow in 06 is right up my street, yes I may not need it but I sure as hell want it!

Suggestions please, as you can see I bloomin love this shade of brown!
